Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery, or convenience stores.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive area sales growth to meet or exceed targets and ensure inventory efficiency.
• Provide leadership to store teams and ensure execution of company policies.
• Identify opportunities for store growth, merchandising, and customer service improvements.
• Develop talent through recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Protect company assets and optimize expenses through loss prevention and smart scheduling.
