Job summary

Dollar General is seeking an Area Manager to plan and lead the activities of all stores within the assigned area, delivering full P&L responsibility while aligning with company objectives and policies.

You will drive sales growth, optimize inventory and staffing, recruit and develop store teams, and communicate priorities to store leaders. Regular travel in a company vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management or equivalent education and experience.
