Job summary

Amtel Wireless is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Retail Manager to oversee 3+ Metro by T-Mobile locations. You will coach Store Managers and their teams, recruit and develop staff, and ensure stores meet company standards. This full-time role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales and leadership experience (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed.
• Results-driven mindset with ability to motivate teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.
