Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC invites an experienced District Manager to oversee 8–12 convenience stores across the Dallas area. This leadership role focuses on empowering store teams, maintaining consistency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences daily.

The District Manager will drive performance, mentor managers, and coordinate with vendors to achieve company goals. The role offers a robust benefits package and a path for career growth within a fast-paced retail network in Texas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business/management preferred; 3–5 years retail management may substitute for a degree.
• Experience in convenience store or multi-unit management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations of multiple units.
• Coordinate with vendors and Store Managers to keep sites clean, stocked, organized and customer-friendly.
• Hire, train, and mentor management staff in the assigned area.
• Oversee adherence to procedures and standards and maintain operational sanitation requirements.
• Control expenses and payroll budgets and review P&L statements.
