Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3-5 years retail management experience in lieu of degree.
• Convenience store or multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations of multiple units.
• Oversee staffing, store conditions and expectations across locations.
• Ensure high levels of customer service through daily interactions.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor management staff.
• Control expenses and oversee payroll budgets.
• Review and influence the profit and loss statement.
• Support loss prevention and inventory control.
