Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC seeks a District Manager to oversee 8–12 convenience stores in the Louisiana area, including Ruston. You will lead store teams, drive performance, collaborate with vendors and store managers, and ensure a consistent customer experience across sites.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail management, food service leadership, and a proven track record in supervising teams. A valid driver’s license and willingness to be on call are required, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3–5 years retail mgmt may substitute.
• Convenience store or multi-unit mgmt experience preferred.
• Food service experience preferred, managerial level.
• 3–5 years' experience supervising others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; on-call for emergencies 18-24 hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations of multiple units.
• Ensure sites are clean, stocked, organized, and provide positive customer experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor management staff.
• Oversee payroll budgets and control expenses.
• Review and influence P&L.
• Maintain adherence to procedures and sanitation.
• Handle employee relations with HR guidance.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entry.
• On-call for emergencies.
