Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 convenience stores in the Texarkana area. This leadership role requires a proactive, customer‑focused approach and the ability to drive performance across multiple units.

You will recruit and mentor store managers, collaborate with vendors, manage payroll and expenses, and uphold company standards. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of retail multi‑unit management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or management preferred; 3–5 years retail management may substitute.
• Convenience store or multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Food service management experience preferred, managerial level.
• 3–5 years supervising others required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• On-call for emergencies 18–24 hours; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication with employees and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations of 8–12 convenience stores.
• Lead store teams; ensure clean, stocked, organized sites for customer experience.
• Collaborate with Store Managers on staffing and store conditions; hold teams accountable.
• Maintain high customer service through daily interactions.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor management staff in the district.
• Oversee adherence to procedures and sanitation at each location.
• Administer company policies and develop short- and long-term goals.
• Control expenses and payroll budgets; review profit and loss statements.
• Handle employee relations with HR guidance; participate in loss prevention.
