Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead operations for 8–12 convenience stores. You will drive performance, coach store managers, and ensure exceptional customer service across the district.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and store conditions while upholding company standards and loss prevention practices. A strong background in retail management and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or management preferred; 3–5 years retail management may substitute.
• 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in convenience store or retail operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of 8–12 convenience stores and staff.
• Lead store teams, empower employees, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with Store Managers on staffing and store conditions.
• Control expenses and oversee payroll budgets.
• Review and influence profit and loss statements.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and sanitation at each location.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor management staff for the area.
• Partner with vendors and support loss prevention initiatives.
