Job summary

NeoVista Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee operations across four restaurant concepts in Albany.

You will lead high-performing teams, drive profitability, and partner with Executive Chefs and BOH leadership to ensure consistent guest experiences. The role requires hands-on leadership in fast-paced settings, strong financial acumen, and a track record of coaching managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Multi-unit or high-volume restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations.
• Experience managing labor budgets, scheduling, and payroll.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and hold leaders accountable.
• Financial acumen including P&L management, food cost, labor cost, and inventory controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across four restaurant concepts.
• Partner with Executive Chefs and BOH leadership to improve execution and efficiency.

• Monitor labor costs, productivity, and payroll to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, food safety, and sanitation.
• Resolve guest concerns while creating memorable dining experiences.
• Drive consistency in service standards and operating procedures.
• Assist with openings, staffing, and operational improvements as the company continues to grow.
• Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for increased profitability.
