Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership experience.
Experience overseeing multiple full-service restaurants.
Director of Operations or multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of restaurant budgeting and cost controls.
Willingness to travel regularly between NC locations.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple full-service restaurants, ensuring consistent service and guest experience.
Drive financial performance, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions to improve margins.
Lead and develop General Managers and restaurant leaders across locations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.
Partner with ownership and senior leadership on budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
