Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership within casual or fine dining.
• Current oversight of at least 7 restaurant locations.
• Strong financial acumen managing labor, food cost, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 8-10 restaurant locations.
• Drive sales growth and overall operational performance.
• Coach General Managers and operational teams.
