Job summary

Rackson, a leading QSR operator in the US, seeks an Area Coach to provide overall leadership, coaching, and supervision to 8-10 restaurants. You will train and develop management teams, maintain company standards in guest service, food safety, and facility maintenance, and coach managers toward higher performance.

You will review restaurant dashboards, manage labor costs, and implement new products and initiatives while traveling to locations to ensure readiness for inspections.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Hospitality/Management or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage metrics, product specs and management systems.
• Proven coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Review restaurant dashboard results on staffing, service and financial goals.
• Review schedules and projections to grow sales while balancing labor costs.
• Ensure all restaurants are fully staffed and trained in systems and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day coaching to RGMs and shifts managers.
• Maintain store-specific performance targets in Guest Satisfaction, Health and Safety Inspections, etc.
