Job summary

Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple locations, guiding restaurant leadership and ensuring exceptional guest experience. You will travel between sites, drive sales, control labor and food costs, and coach teams toward strong performance while upholding our values of teamwork and real food.

Ideal candidates bring multi-unit leadership experience, a proven ability to develop people, and a positive, energetic approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven; thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2–3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for the leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders; collaborate with Talent Mentors on staffing.
