Job summary

Café Zupas is hiring a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive sales, labor, and food cost targets while fostering a culture of positivity and gratitude. You’ll spend 2–3 days at each restaurant delivering direction and feedback to leadership teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience and a proven track record of developing people and growing sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills with mentoring experience.
• Proven track record of growing sales as a multi-unit leader.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
