Café Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple restaurants within the assigned area. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive performance and guest satisfaction, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven; enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders and ensure proper staffing levels across restaurants.
