Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 5-8 restaurants, coaching and directing operations.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety and guest service.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations and profitability.
• Set goals with franchise owners and restaurant managers.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training on marketing and new products.
• Develop action plans with franchise owners and communicate vision.
