Responsibilities

• Oversees Managers and hourly TEAM Members within location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintains budgets and assets; ensures compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Develops and coaches management team with regular evaluations.
• Promotes teamwork and continuous improvement across the restaurant.
