Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a General Manager. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage the P&L, and lead a team of managers and hourly staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Managers and Hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service and adherence to company guidelines.
• Manages restaurant environment and maintenance to meet company standards.
• Drives guest satisfaction and handles guest feedback promptly with staff.
• Manages staffing, training, and performance evaluations for management and team members.
