Responsibilities

• Directs overall activities and performance of TEAM Members on a shift by shift basis.
• Breeds a culture using the Vision / Mission statement to guide Values.
• Maintains adequate department inventory levels and safety programs.
• Promotes and manages restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
