• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with P&L responsibility.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• GM or AGM experience with a similar organization.
• Strong leadership and business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Oversees Managers and Hourly TEAM Members within their location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines.
• Maintains inventory, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Schedules TEAM Members to meet sales demands.
• Promotes alcohol awareness and maintains relations with local authorities.
• Executes incentive contests and educates TEAM Members on promotions.
• Communicates daily with other managers and conducts weekly meetings.
• Manages restaurant environment and adheres to budgets and policies.
• Develops managers through reviews and ongoing training.
