Job summary

Hospitality Pro Search is seeking a District Manager to oversee a group of restaurant locations, driving operating and financial performance. You will develop General Managers, ensure standard execution, and hold teams accountable for staffing, customer experience, and profitability.

The role requires frequent travel between restaurants, strong operational judgment, and the ability to coach leaders across locations while working evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience as a General Manager is highly preferred.
• Ability to coach and hold managers accountable across locations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, staffing, scheduling, and financials.
• Ability to interpret restaurant financial statements and take action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, training, and conflict management.
• Familiar with restaurant tech, reporting systems, inventory, scheduling tools, and digital comms.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Manager-level food-safety certification and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
