Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations for multiple locations.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable processing and collections.
• Financial Reporting for management (P&L, balance sheets).
• Payroll reconciliation with HR for accurate payments.
• Expense tracking and cost control across locations.
• Sales reconciliation with POS reports vs bank deposits.
• Tax and compliance support for filings with accountants.
