Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking an Area Manager for Springfield, MO, to lead 27–28 restaurant locations. You will hire, train and coach district managers and store managers, driving great customer service and profitable operations across the area.

Responsibilities include developing leaders, collaborating with recruiters, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to policies. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Multi-unit management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 4 District Managers with ~7 stores each.
• Coach and develop district managers and store teams on customer service.
• Set goals to meet company objectives and maximize sales.
• Develop management team and successors for continuity.
• Partner with Area Recruiter to hire top talent.
• Identify development needs and plan improvements for districts.
• Monitor staffing levels across districts and stores.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure understanding of company policies and procedures for teams.
• Communicate opportunities for improvement to store leaders.
