Job summary

Braum's Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead 6-8 Braum's locations across Commerce, Greenville, Princeton, Rockwall, Sulphur Springs and Terrell, TX. You will hire, train and coach store managers to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales.

This role requires multi-unit restaurant management experience, strong leadership and people skills, and the ability to manage labor, inventory and KPIs. Some travel is required within the district.

Qualifications

• 3 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the management teams of stores in the district.
• Coach, teach and demonstrate sound customer service principles to all store team members.
• Establish goals to meet company objectives.
• Develop management team and successors.
• Partner with Area Recruiter to identify talent.
• Identify development needs and build improvement plans.
• Monitor staffing levels and KPIs.
• Ensure understanding of policies and procedures.
• Communicate improvement opportunities to store teams.
