Job summary

Braum's is seeking a District Manager to lead 6–8 restaurants in the Springfield, Nixa and Ozark, MO area. This role focuses on hiring and training store managers, coaching the management team, and driving sales while controlling costs and inventory. Travel within the district is required.

The position offers an annual compensation of $105,000 to $120,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a strong bonus program. Must be 21+, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3 years restaurant or retail management experience
• Multi-unit management experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have valid Driver License

Responsibilities

• Supervise the management teams of stores in the district.
• Coach and develop store managers and crews to maximize sales and service quality.
• Establish goals to meet company objectives and monitor performance indicators.
• Partner with Area Recruiter to identify top talent for leadership roles.
• Identify development needs and create plans for improvement.
