Job summary

Braum's in Missouri seeks a District Manager to lead 6-8 restaurants in Springfield, Nixa, and Ozark. You will hire, train, and coach store managers and their teams to deliver outstanding customer service, quality food, and profitable operations.

This full-time role requires 3 years of restaurant or retail management, multi-unit experience preferred, and a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $120,000 per year with a bi-weekly bonus program; relocation within the district

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the management teams of stores in the district.
• Coach, teach and demonstrate sound customer service principles to store teams.
• Establish goals to meet company objectives.
• Develop management team and successors.
• Partner with Area Recruiter to identify talent, internal or external.
• Identify development needs and build a plan for improvement.
• Monitor staffing levels across stores.
• Monitor key performance indicators to spot opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure understanding of company policies, guidelines and procedures.
