Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years related experience in QSR or equivalent
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience developing staff
• Experience with P&L analysis, budgeting and financial reporting preferred
• Ability to coach and evaluate restaurant management teams and ensure compliance with standards

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual sales projections, budgets and capital expenditures; monitor results and take corrective action as needed
• Ensure restaurants meet operating standards, conduct periodic visits and assessments
• Coordinate training initiatives and ensure staff certifications (Serve Safe, Foundations) as required
• Respond to customer issues promptly and manage staffing to optimize labor efficiency
• Oversee staffing, retention, performance development and hiring policies across 5–7 units
• Maintain internal controls, health, safety and security procedures and report incidents
• Implement marketing programs and monitor competitive activity
