Brewing Brand Management is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee Dunkin' locations in Florida. This strategic role drives guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and sustained growth across a multi-unit network.

You will mentor district leaders, manage full P&L, control labor and food costs, ensure safety, and implement improvements. Willingness to travel and lead with energy is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational leadership in QSR or similar
• 3+ years managing multi-unit operations
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across a network of restaurant locations
• Mentor District Managers and leaders to hit performance goals
• Analyze financial data and manage P&L, including labor and food costs
• Maintain adherence to standards: staffing, safety, compliance, maintenance
• Address equipment issues and ensure health and safety standards
• Identify trends and drive process improvements for efficiency
