Dunkin' franchise opportunity with Brewing Brand Management seeks a Director of Operations to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Florida. The role demands strategic leadership, P&L responsibility, and a focus on guest satisfaction while driving growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will mentor district leaders, optimize labor and food costs, and ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of operational leadership in QSR or similar environment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing multi-unit operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across a network of retail locations.
• Mentor and develop District Managers and restaurant leadership to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze financial data and manage full P&L responsibility, including labor and food cost controls.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards including staffing, compliance, safety, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and safety standards.
• Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
