Brewing Brand is seeking a strategic Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit operations across a growing network of Dunkin' franchise locations in Florida. The role emphasizes leadership, profitability, and guest satisfaction, with strong accountability for performance and culture.

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, mentor district managers, and manage P&L with a focus on cost control, staffing, and safety standards, while delivering sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of operational leadership in a QSR or similar environment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing multi-unit operations with demonstrated success.
• Comprehensive understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.

• ServSafe certification.

Physical Demands

• Frequent travel between multiple restaurant locations within the region is required—often several days per week.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move through restaurant and dining areas for extended periods.
• May need to lift, carry, or move items such as supply boxes or equipment weighing up to 40–50 lbs.
• Frequent use of hands for writing reports, working on laptops/tablets, or inspecting equipment and restaurant setups.
• May assist with minor restaurant setups, equipment checks, or restaurant openings.

Working Conditions

• Majority of time is spent in restaurants, not a traditional office environment.
• Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• May be required to respond to urgent issues outside standard business hours.
• Must be able to manage and thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing, high-energy environment.
