Job summary

Immersive Gamebox seeks an Area Manager to lead and optimize the performance of multiple venues across the United States. This salaried role reports to senior leadership and focuses on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth across the portfolio.

You will supervise venue management teams, develop General Managers, and collaborate with Marketing, HR, and central partners to standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth across multiple venues.
• Experience managing remote teams and regional leadership structures.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making and P&L management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, HR, Technology, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple venues, ensuring targets and brand standards are met.
• Implement strategic operational improvements to drive efficiency and guest experience.
• Monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and take corrective action.
• Escalate and resolve venue issues; align with cross-functional teams on best practices.
• Lead and develop General Managers; guide recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
