Immersive Group Gaming Inc. in The Colony, TX seeks an Area Manager to lead and optimize the performance of multiple Immersive Gamebox venues across the United States.

This senior operations role drives guest experiences, revenue performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, HR, Technology, and central partners. You will develop General Managers, manage P&L considerations, travel to venues, and partner with regional leaders to implement best practices while maintaining high

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience across venues or locations.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Experience managing remote teams and regional leadership structures.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making and P&L management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, HR, Technology, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple venues meeting performance targets and brand standards.
• Implement strategic operational improvements to drive efficiency and guest experience.
• Monitor and analyze venue KPIs, identify improvements and take corrective action.
• Escalate venue-related issues and resolve challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with UK and US leadership to align on SOPs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers; conduct regular 1:1s.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention for high-performing teams.
• Bridge between venue teams and corporate leadership for alignment on goals.
• Identify succession candidates and develop career pathways.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to increase pre-booked revenue and optimize mix.
