Job summary

Immersive Gamebox seeks a Dual Site Manager to lead River North and Oakbrook venues in Chicago. You will drive guest engagement, oversee operations, and steer profitability across both locations.

You’ll partner with Marketing, HR, and Tech to launch new venue standards, recruit and develop teams, manage P&L, payroll, and scheduling, and balance priorities between two sites while maintaining top guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in General Manager or multi-site leadership in hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
• Proven track record of profitability, guest satisfaction, and guest experience.
• Experience managing P&L, staffing, labor costs, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead high performing teams across two venues with customer service excellence.
• Oversee daily on-site operations, guest service, and retail experiences.
• Drive local marketing and events to boost bookings and foot traffic.
• Own budget management, payroll, labor scheduling, POS, and P&L oversight.
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, guest satisfaction, and labor performance.
• Handle and convert guest and group sales inquiries with confident sales communication.
• Cover solo shifts to support lean labor strategies.
• Ensure safety, brand standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop talent across both teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Tech to align ops with brand strategy.
