Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager (OEM) to lead field-based operational turnarounds across a multi-state hotel portfolio. This hands-on leader stabilizes performance, closes gaps in revenue and GOP, and coaches GMs to elevate guest experience.

Travel up to 75% is required, with duties spanning site visits, audits, training, and transition management. You will partner with DVPs, AMs, and GMs to translate strategy into actionable actions and ensure brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead operational turnarounds.
• Strong business acumen including P&L and labor strategies.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• English proficiency; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of employment regulations across multiple states.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
