Job summary

The Operations Excellence Manager is a field-based leadership role focused on delivering short- and mid-term operational improvements across a multi-location hotel portfolio, with up to 75% travel. This position requires hands-on coaching of General Managers and Area Managers, frequent travel across multiple states, and collaboration with the VP, Operations Excellence to drive accountability and results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, GOP, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong coaching and field leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational improvements across multiple hotels and stabilize performance.
• Coach GMs and AMs to achieve revenue and GOP targets.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure brand standards and safety compliance.
• Lead training and transition management across hotels.
