Job summary

Workstream in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across our restaurant group, including Little Caesars locations, Greek restaurants, and a liquor store. The role is hands-on, highly organized, and proactive, requiring diagnosis, repair, and coordination with outside vendors when needed.

You will maintain PMI schedules and service records to keep all sites running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of restaurant equipment and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair or coordinate repairs across multiple locations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a multi-unit restaurant or retail maintenance role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and/or coordinate repairs on kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for all stores.
• Ensure all work - in-house or outsourced - is completed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
• Track and organize maintenance logs, invoices, and vendor service reports.
• Work closely with operations leadership to address urgent repairs and long-term facility improvements.
