Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience.
• 2+ years managing maintenance across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance needs for multiple restaurant locations.
• Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Serve as the primary contact for urgent repairs.
