You will lead hotel, rooms, and F&B operations, build strong teams, and drive revenue while maintaining strict budgeting and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel manager experience in upscale environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations across two properties (Lambertville Station Inn and The Peacock Inn).
• Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching and training.
• Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and revenue management.
