Genesis Hospitality & Dining (GHD) seeks an experienced Multi-Unit Hotel Manager to lead operations at Lambertville Station Inn and The Peacock Inn in New Jersey. This full-time, salaried role requires overseeing hotel, rooms, and F&B, ensuring guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development across both properties.

You will drive revenue, manage budgets, and uphold service standards while coordinating cross-property activities and reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Hotel Manager experience in a luxury, Four-Diamond, or comparable upscale hotel environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving high guest satisfaction scores and positive online reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations across rooms, food & beverage, guest services, sales & marketing, revenue management, and financial performance.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and training.

Job Summary

GHD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Unit Hotel Manager to oversee operations at two premier properties: Lambertville Station Inn in Lambertville, NJ, and The Peacock Inn in Princeton, NJ.

This is a full-time, salaried position. Candidates must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. As the Multi-Unit Hotel Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for both properties. You will oversee hotel, rooms, and food & beverage operations while ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, team development, and financial performance. The hotel teams at both properties will report directly to you.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple properties and diverse teams.
