Genesis Hospitality & Dining (GHD) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Unit Hotel Manager to oversee operations at two premier properties: Lambertville Station Inn in Lambertville, NJ, and The Peacock Inn in Princeton, NJ.

This full-time, salaried role requires leadership of hotel, rooms, and F&B operations, with responsibility for guest service, financial performance, and team development across both properties. Weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Hotel Manager experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of high guest satisfaction scores and positive online reviews.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hotel operations including rooms, food & beverage, guest services, sales & marketing, revenue management and financial performance.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and training.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain strong online reputation and review scores.
• Establish departmental goals aligned with overall business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and revenue management practices.
• Maintain strong financial controls and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
• Evaluate guest needs, market trends, and competitive conditions to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
