Job summary

Genesis Hospitality & Dining is seeking a seasoned Multi-Unit Hotel Manager to oversee operations at Lambertville Station Inn and The Peacock Inn in Princeton, NJ. You will direct hotel, rooms, and F&B operations while ensuring exceptional guest service and strong financial performance across both properties.

This role demands strategic leadership, team development, revenue management, and a hands-on management style to drive growth, quality reviews, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Hotel Manager experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving high guest satisfaction scores and positive online reviews.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and profit management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations for two properties (Lambertville Station Inn and The Peacock Inn).

Job Summary

GHD is seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Unit Hotel Manager to oversee operations at two premier properties: Lambertville Station Inn in Lambertville, NJ, and The Peacock Inn in Princeton, NJ.

This is a full-time, salaried position. Candidates must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. As the Multi-Unit Hotel Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for both properties. You will oversee hotel, rooms, and food & beverage operations while ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, team development, and financial performance. The hotel teams at both properties will report directly to you.

Essential Functions

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, food & beverage, guest services, sales and marketing, revenue management, and financial performance.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and training.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain strong online reputation and review scores.
• Establish departmental goals aligned with overall business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and revenue management practices.
• Maintain strong financial controls and manage expenses to maximize profitability.
• Evaluate guest needs, market trends, and competitive conditions to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels and operational supplies are maintained across all departments.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards consistently.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Hotel Manager experience in a luxury, Four-Diamond, or comparable upscale hotel environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving high guest satisfaction scores and positive online reviews.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on management style with the ability to lead by example.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management principles.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple properties and diverse teams.
