• Oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Travel, work, and train across locations to support operations and maintain standards.
• Mentor and empower teams, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analyze key metrics, manage budgets, and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
