Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of teaching staff across centers and champions the brand promise. You will recruit, train, and motivate staff while driving quality and customer satisfaction across the market.

You will collaborate with schools, districts, and licensing authorities to ensure accreditation and educational standards are met, oversee revenue-driving activities, and build strong relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience (multi-unit preferred)
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and lead multiple situations
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue experience preferred
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred

Responsibilities
