Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of teaching staff and drive quality and revenue growth across the market. You will work to ensure educational excellence, build strong relationships with families and schools, and uphold licensing standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational oversight, and collaboration with district partners to deliver on our brand promise and expand our footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred (if applicable).
