KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Area Manager to lead teaching staff and drive quality across multiple sites. You will recruit, develop, and engage a high-performing team while focusing on accreditation, educational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage portfolios, identify opportunities, and build strong relationships with families, educators, and licensing authorities across the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and lead multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role and maintain regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities
