Job summary

Flamingo's in Beaverton, OR seeks a Multi-Unit Supervisor to lead Team Members across locations and ensure guest service excellence.

You will recruit/train staff, manage facilities, safety programs, and coordinate with the Regional Manager on performance and operations, while controlling labor and costs. Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment serving Oregon Lottery guests.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must pass criminal/credit background check.
• Must hold an OLCC Alcohol Service Permit.
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card.
• Ability to communicate with diverse staff and guests.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate Team Members to accomplish the Company vision, mission, and values.

• Assist in recruiting, training, development, and retention of talent.
• Proactively manage facilities for safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and improvements.
• Control labor, cash variances, and repair/maintenance expenses.
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure safety programs.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on performance evaluations and communications.
• Manage inventory and analyze sales data to monitor budgets and variances.
