Job summary

Original Joe’s and Richard’s in Oregon seeks a Multi-Unit Supervisor to lead and motivate teams across locations. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest service at all times.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to pass background checks, and current OLCC and Food Handler’s Card credentials. You will oversee operations, marketing tasks, and financial controls, working closely with a Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have high school education or equivalent.
• 1Must be able to pass criminal/credit background checks.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location and Guests.
• Must hold a current Alcohol Service Permit (OLCC).
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate Team Members to achieve the company vision, mission, and values.

• Implement tactical marketing programs and encourage participation in Rewards or other programs.
• Maintain financial controls by analyzing sales data and operation costs; manage inventory.
• Ensure safe and compliant operations by following company policies and conducting audits.
• Oversee scheduling, labor costs, and repair/maintenance budgeting.
