Multi-Unit Director Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 4 years of multi-unit QSR/fast food/food court restaurant leadership experience (4–6 locations)
- Proven success leading teams in customer-oriented environments
- Availability for a flexible, on-site schedule (approximately 50 hours/week) including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; able to lift and carry at least 20 pounds
- Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
- ServSafe Certification preferred
Multi-Unit Director Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with both food concepts and convenience store retail is a plus
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite, POS, payroll, and inventory systems
- Bilingual abilities are an asset
Multi-Unit Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the Area Director in driving operational excellence and profitability across all food brands
- Lead and motivate associates and leadership, fostering an engaging, high-performance work culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and brand standards across all food and beverage concepts
- Recruit, train, and retain strong teams to maintain outstanding service and staffing levels
- Analyze financial and operational metrics, supporting strategies to maximize performance
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with partners in HR, loss prevention, brand management, finance, and maintenance to support business goals
