Job summary

Taco Bell in New Jersey is seeking a senior multi-unit restaurant leader to oversee operations across multiple locations. You will drive guest experience, optimize P&L, ensure food safety, labor management, and staff development.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading multiple QSR locations, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel regularly between restaurants. This role offers a base salary with performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Base salary: $80,000 plus
