Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years multi-unit management experience in a QSR or high-volume retail with significant foodservice sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist District and Store Managers to meet financial objectives based on annual budget forecasts and variances.
• Monitor monthly/yearly financial information and develop action plans to improve profitability.
• Manage KPIs and ensure store-level targets are achieved; train and develop store managers.
